Return and Refund Policy
Any product on sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
For returns/exchanges of items that are not on sale, a credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/monetary refunds are not provided.
If the product does not fit you or you do not like it, you can exchange it within 10 days for a different size or a credit note. Store credits are valid for 6 months. Please note, store credits once expired cannot be extended further.
Each item is eligible for store credit only twice and size exchange only once against any order ID.
Monetary refunds will not be provided.
Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
Items should be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We do not offer reverse pickup for returns or exchanges.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please share clear pictures of the product with us within 24-48 hours of receiving it for review.
Once the return/exchange request is submitted, please ensure the products are shipped back within 1-2 days to avoid delays in processing. Any returned items not received by us will be treated as not returned. The brand is not liable for any lost, damaged, or undelivered returns. Please use a trackable shipping service for your return.
Kindly mention your name, phone number, or order ID for identification.
Returned items will be examined by the quality check team. Items that do not meet the qualifying conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
In case of a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Kindly include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
